Cat Health - Regular Veterinary Check Ups - Cat Health

Check ups should happen at least once a year, a good time to do this is at vaccination booster time. Very often problems can be picked up and sorted out then an there.

An annual check up for your Siamese cat or kitten is the equivalent of a human going to the Doctor’s once every four years.

Your Vet should:

Check weight
Look at teeth and gums
Check eyes
Check nose
Check feet, claws and pads
Examine body and limbs
Look in ears
Examine coat and skin
Check mobility
Take temperature
Listen to heart
Ask you if there’s been any problems

If you think your cat or kitten has a problem then tell your Vet.

Make sure that the vaccination record card is filled in. This is an important document that you need to keep safe.
